Job Description

Restock and document the bar's inventory to enhance customer and guest services.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Three to six months of related experience or equivalent training and experience.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems promptly; develop alternative solutions and use reason, even with emotional topics.
• Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations; respond promptly to customer needs and requests.
• Maintain professionalism; treat others with respect regardless of their status or position.
• Knowledge of and ability to interpret and follow policies and procedures.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures; report unsafe conditions; use equipment properly.
• Communicate ideas and information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Meet work schedule demands; be punctual; may occasionally work outside regular hours based on business needs.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Stock the bar with drinks, garnishes, and glassware.
• Maintain a clean working environment.
• Assist with organizing supplies, cleaning stations, bar-top, tables, and inventory records.
• Assist serving customers and guests as directed by bartenders or bar management.
