Chinook Winds Casino Resort is seeking a guest-focused bartender assistant to support bar operations and ensure timely delivery of beer, liquor, wine, and glassware across service locations.
The role emphasizes exemplary guest service, adherence to policies, and collaboration with bartenders during events and on the gaming floor, while meeting age and licensing requirements.
Responsible for providing exemplary guest service to all CWCR guests while ensuring the needs of all bars are met including maintain, transporting, and delivering products, beer, liquor, wine, and supplies.

Communication Skills- Ability To Communicate Effectively With Others Verbally.
Customer Oriented- Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.
Interpersonal - Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.
One year of experience in a customer service position preferred.
Must obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License.
Must have OLCC temporary permit before the start date and must obtain OLCC Permit within 45 days of employment.
Must have a Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of the start date.
Must obtain VIP (Visually Intoxicated Person) Permit within 45 days of the start date.
Knowledge of regulations governing food preparation and service.
Vision: Near and Far. Sense of Sound, Sense of Smell.
Work will take place in a busy gaming environment with multiple distractions. Some or all of work may take place on the gaming floor. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The environment is subject to smoke and the associated effects.
Conditions of employment include passing a pre-employment drug screen, a background investigation, and completing a 180-day introductory period.
