Chinook Winds Casino Resort in Lincoln City, OR is seeking a bartender/server to take and deliver beverage orders in a fast-paced gaming environment. You will handle alcohol and non-alcohol orders, verify IDs, operate the POS, and provide friendly guest service.
Requirements include being 21 or older, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of serving experience. OLCC permits and a Food Handler permit are required within specified timelines.

Position Qualifications
WORKERS IN THIS POSITION MUST BE 21 OR OLDER
Accuracy- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
Communication Skills- Ability to communicate effectively with others verbally.
Customer Oriented- Ability to take care of the guests’ needs while following company procedures.
Interpersonal - Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
One year of experience as a server preferred.
Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred.
Must obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License
Must have OLCC temporary permit before start date and obtain OLCC Permit within 45 days of the start date.
Must have a Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of start date.
Must obtain VIP (Visually Intoxicated Persons) Permit within 45 days of employment.
Knowledge of regulations governing food preparation and service
Knowledge of alcoholic beverages

Walk up to 7 miles every 8 hours
Work will take place in a busy gaming environment with multiple distractions. Some or all of work may take place on the gaming floor. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The environment is subject to smoke and the associated affects.
Conditions of employment include passing a pre-employment drug screen, a background investigation, and completing a 180-day introductory period.
