KYU Las Vegas seeks a Barback to support bartenders, keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized for smooth beverage service. You will help with drink prep, inventory management, and maintaining a sanitary bar area.

Responsibilities include assisting during peak hours, setting up and breaking down the bar, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations. Prior experience in a high-volume bar is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or in a high-volume bar environment.
• Basic knowledge of bar operations and equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Motivated and self-directed with a willingness to learn and grow.

• Collaborating with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Providing support in training new bar staff as needed.
• Maintaining a positive and proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
