Job summary

The Point Casino & Hotel is looking for a Barback to support our bartenders in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will stock bars, prep garnishes, stock kegs, and help keep the area clean and organized.

Ideal candidates enjoy a fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented, and provide friendly service. This role offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Washington State Food Handler Card required.
• Class 12 Alcohol Server Permit required.
• Ability to obtain Class II Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Stock bars with glassware, beverages, ice, and supplies.
• Change beer kegs and restock refrigerators.
• Prepare fresh garnishes for cocktails.
• Wash glassware and keep bar clean and organized.
• Assist bartenders during busy service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at the bar.
• Receive and organize weekly liquor deliveries.
• Work with a fun, fast-paced team dedicated to guest service.

As a Barback, you\'ll play a key role in keeping our bars running smoothly by stocking supplies, preparing garnishes, changing kegs, and supporting our bartenders so they can deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What You\'ll Do

• Keep bars fully stocked with glassware, beverages, ice, and supplies.
• Change beer kegs and restock refrigerators.
• Prepare fresh garnishes for cocktails.

• Help maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the bar.
• Receive and organize weekly liquor deliveries.
