Job summary

The Spot Sports Bar and Grill Gwinnett is seeking a Barback to support opening and closing duties, stock replenishment, and garnish preparation to ensure guests have an excellent experience at our bar. This is a friendly, hard-working entry point in hospitality, with opportunities to grow as you help keep the bar running smoothly.

If you are dependable, able to stand for long periods and lift items, and willing to work nights and weekends, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (or equivalent).
• Hospitality or mixology certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages/bar menu items preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Keep tables, counters, bars, and other surfaces clean and wiped down.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Bus tables.
• Prepare cocktail garnishes and other ingredients for drinks.
• Replace beer kegs and empty liquor bottles.
• Take out the trash.
• Assist bartenders as requested.
