Job summary

Black-Rooster-Bistro in Hudson, WI is seeking a Barback to support bartenders, stock the bar, and maintain a clean, organized space. No prior bar experience is required; willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

As part of a small, locally owned restaurant, you will have opportunities to earn tips in addition to hourly pay while gaining hands-on experience in a craft cocktail environment. Training provided for the right candidate.

With a close-knit team of fewer than 20 employees, we’re passionate about creating memorable dining experiences for our guests—and we’re looking for a dedicated Barback to join our team!

What does a barback do?

As a Barback, you’ll play a key role in keeping our bar operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting bartenders by keeping the bar stocked and clean.
• Restocking glassware, garnishes, and other supplies as needed.
• Assisting with basic prep work and ensuring the bar area is organized.
• Collecting and washing used glassware and utensils.
