Responsibilities

• Stock and replenish bar supplies including glasses, ice, garnishes, and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area, equipment, and glassware.
• Assist bartenders during peak hours by ensuring adequate inventory levels.
• Transport and organize supplies between storage areas and bar.
• Monitor ice levels and operate ice machine.
• Clean and sanitize bar equipment, surfaces, and glassware.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly.
• Assist in receiving and organizing inventory deliveries.
• Support closing procedures including cleaning and restocking.
• Maintain organized storage areas and coolers.
