Pelham Hospitality in Dennisport, MA is hiring a part-time, year-round Barback to join our team. You will work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and contribute to The Pelham Experience through friendly service and teamwork.

Experience in bar/restaurant is recommended, but training is provided for the right candidate. Flexible schedule, night and weekend shifts, and in-person work are expected. Pay is $15/hour plus tips.

Candidates must be able to work well with the team and be willing to learn. With multiple bars open, we welcome applications from all experience levels and offer the chance to grow as we do the same.

Requirements:

• Ability to work well with in a team setting
• Communication skills
• Enjoys fast paced work-flow
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Must be available night & Weekends

Experience:
