Job summary

Opal Grand Resort is seeking a Barback to join our in-person team in Delray Beach, FL. The role supports bartenders by stocking supplies, restocking garnishes and beverages, and maintaining a clean bar area.

Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior food & beverage experience preferred. The work schedule includes 6–8 hour shifts, with day/evening availability, holidays, and weekends. Employee benefits apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure bar supplies are stocked and available as back up
• Assist in restocking bar supplies including beverages and garnishes
• Change kegs as necessary
• Clean and pick up empty glasses/bottles from tables and surrounding areas
• Wipe down tables and bar tops
• Restock garnishes and mixes
• Ensure glassware is clean and available
• Restock ice when needed
• Run food items to the bar as needed
• Empty trash in and around the bar area
• Maintain clean rags in each bartender’s station

Job Duties
