Job summary

L’Auberge Del Mar, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Barback to support our luxury resort guests and team. As a Barback, you assist bartenders, help create memorable F&B experiences, and stay highly visible in a fast-paced environment.

Success means reliable, detail-oriented hospitality, flexible scheduling, and the ability to lift moderate weights; a current Food Handlers Card is required.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Experience caring for guests in fast-paced environments.
• Current Food Handlers Card or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders to ensure guests have enjoyable F&B experiences.
• Support a highly visible role that impacts guest stays.
• Maintain bar areas, stock supplies, and help with setup/cleanup.

The Job:

As a Barback you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our barbacks provide assistance to the bartenders to ensure our hotel guests, as well as our local community, have enjoyable and meaningful F&B experiences. The Barback is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!

To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on creating experiences and problem solving. This role as Barback requires skills such as reliability, attention to detail and a desire to take care of others.
