Responsibilities

1. Prior to theater events;
2. Check and replace syrups for sodas as needed.
3. Set up all concession stands as needed (includes popping popcorn and making coffee and other tasks as needed).

1. Make sure all concession areas are stocked with condiments and supplies.
2. Verify concessionaire/bar inventory by counting in products with them.
3. Supply concession and bar products to concessionaires and bartenders.
4. During walk‑up, monitor all areas to make sure that all staff have supplies and inventory needed.
5. Assist where needed.
6. After walk‑up, prepare for intermission.
7. Check all concession areas to make sure they have sufficient product for intermission.
8. Check with bartenders to see if they need backup supplies and ice.
9. Check syrups, juices, wine, and beer.
10. After intermission.
11. Verify concessionaire inventory by counting out products with them.
12. Pick up concession products making sure each concessionaire has completed inventory form.
13. Make sure that all products are secured and brought down to the warehouse.
14. Inform manager of any low inventory items.
