Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the bars and concessions areas before, during, and after events.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure inventory is maintained.
• Complete POS transactions and assist with troubleshooting.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing the stockroom.
• Assist with beverage preparation.
• Ensure bar and concession areas are clean and organized.
• Move and assemble portable bars for events.
• Adhere to the organization’s values and rules for safe operation.

Job description

The Barback provides support to both concession and bar areas before and during events, ensuring all service points are fully stocked and operational. By collaborating with event personnel, the Barback helps the team maintain a seamless pace and deliver a premium experience to all guests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Set up and stock the bars and Concessions areas before, during, and after events.
• Be attentive to product stock levels to ensure we have appropriate inventory continuously.
• Complete POS transactions at terminals and assist with troubleshooting.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing the stockroom.
• Assist with beverage preparation.
• Ensure the bar and concession areas are clean and organized.
• Move and assemble portable bars for events.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to the organization’s values at all times and in all interactions with staff, volunteers and members of the public.
• Fully comply with the organization’s rules and regulations for the safe and efficient operation of all spaces.
