Position Summary:

As a Barback at 16 On Center, you will support bar operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This seasonal position requires weekend availability. Responsibilities include setup, restocking, cleaning, and assisting bartenders to ensure excellent service. Knowledge of craft cocktails and experience with batching or kegging is preferred.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Restocking spirits, beer, wine, ice, and supplies
• Assisting with cocktail batching and kegging
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar
• Supporting bartenders during busy periods
• Preparing and breaking down bar each shift
• Following safety and sanitation procedures

About You:

• 1-2 years of experience in high-volume bar environments
• Familiarity with craft cocktails and quality spirits
• Experience with batching or kegging cocktails is a plus
• Ability to work late nights and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move quickly in tight spaces
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach during shifts

Compensation:

$11.02 + tips
