Pyramid Global Hospitality is opening the Virginia Guesthouse, a 214-room property with a dynamic bar program. We are seeking a Bar Back to support bartenders and servers, greet guests, and keep the bar area clean and stocked for a seamless guest experience.

You will learn about wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits while delivering memorable hospitality in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes an engaging personality, clear communication, and teamwork in a guest-centric setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they approach the bar area and assist with seating where needed.
• Maintain proper and clean bar setup, stock glasses, garnishes, and supplies.
• Assist bartenders by preparing requisitions and securing liquor, beer and wine.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, and ensure equipment is functioning.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
