Qualifications

• Previous experience as a food server preferred.
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Must have valid food handler's certification and TIPS alcohol certification.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in the assigned uniform.
• Maintain a professional, neat appearance and comply with uniform requirements.
• Welcome guests within 30 seconds and use the guest's name multiple times during service.
• Provide service following the Four Keys to Creating Guests for Life and resort standards.
• Keep the lounge and pool areas spotless and stocked to LCR standards.
• Expedite food and beverage orders accurately and assist with beverage service.
• Tactfully enforce adult pool policies and safety standards.
• Perform closing duties and assist in maintaining a safe, clean environment.
