EOS Hospitality LLC is seeking a dedicated barback to support daily bar operations at our Hilton Head Island location. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar area and aiding bartenders during peak hours to ensure smooth service.

The position requires reliability in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with strong attention to detail and teamwork. Evening and weekend availability is expected, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies throughout the shift.
• Prepare garnishes and assist in the setup of the bar before opening.
• Assist bartenders by retrieving items, changing kegs, and ensuring ice bins are filled.
• Collect and wash used glassware and utensils promptly.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables, ensuring waste bins are emptied regularly.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a sanitary work environment.
• Collaborate with the bartending team to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
