Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Bar Supervisor for the NRG Stadium Club Level in Houston to lead the food service team, supervise staff, and coordinate with management to deliver on-site dining excellence. You will ensure safety, quality, and compliance with policies while supporting occasional catered events.

This full-time role requires multitasking, strong communication, and a readiness to work nights or weekends as events occur. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year.
• Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Maintain emotional control under stress.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to resolve interpersonal situations.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets (production sheets and recipes).
• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain food production that ensures safety and quality according to policies and department requirements.
• Ensure that food items are stored safely and organized.
• Maintain serving schedules and ensure items meet menu specifications.
• Maintain a sanitary department following health and safety codes and regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory on a weekly basis.
• May prepare orders to ensure accurate production for location.
• Supervise and evaluate employees; counsel; promote employee growth and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment.
• Train/mentor other food service workers.
• Maintain equipment maintenance logs and preventive checks.
• Complete food safety/temperature logs with corrective actions as needed.
