Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Knowledge of bar operations and mixology techniques.

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to alcohol service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and train bar staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control stock levels to minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including alcohol licensing laws.
• Create and update drink menus, including specialty cocktails and promotions.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
