Lyle Washington DC, part of Lore Group, is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team and deliver exceptional beverage experiences rooted in thoughtful hospitality. This hands-on role requires a passion for craft cocktails, guest engagement, and developing a high‑performing team.

You will oversee daily bar operations, coach staff, prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, manage inventory, and collaborate with restaurant leadership to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• 1–2 years of restaurant or bar experience in upscale or high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
