Job summary

Olympia Hospitality and Hotel Genevieve in Louisville, KY is seeking an F&B Supervisor to lead dining room operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role emphasizes proactive guest engagement, supervision of staff, and maintaining high service standards in a dynamic hotel environment.

The position requires server experience, alcohol service eligibility, and a focus on teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Rate of Pay: $22.00-$25.00/hour

Skills Required:

Leadership, problem-solving, and basic computer skills; ability to share knowledge and teach others to perform tasks, high level customer service, effective communication with guests and team members, able to follow instructions, learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure

Experience / Education:

Server experience, supervisory experience preferred; must be of legal age to serve alcohol; high school diploma and/or equivalent work experience
