• Service: ensure drinks are prepared quickly with consistent quality and presentation.
• Cashiering: handle cash/charges accurately and give correct change.
• Trouble shooting: monitor guests, cut off intoxicated patrons, manage security issues.
• Closing procedures: ensure last call timing and bar is left neat for next shift.
