Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixing.
• Ability to process cash handling and card transactions per policy.
• Ability to operate a computer, calculator, phone and other office equipment.
• Attention to details with good organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar following brand standards and bartender playbook.
• Maintain clean bar area and proper trash disposal.
• Stock liquors, beer, wines, mixes, garnishes and glassware.
• Follow service model to deliver guest experience.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to team targets.
• Learn beverage recipes and menu, explain offerings and upsell.
• Uphold beverage quality standards and proper handling of alcohol.
• Prepare and serve drinks following policies and local regulations.
• Report incidents of excessive alcohol consumption to management.
• Process guest checks and payments per policies.
• Report tips in compliance with IRS regulations.
• Communicate professionally with guests and team.
• Serve beverages in line with company policy.
