Qualifications

• Care for others with a positive attitude
• Able to operate blenders, frozen drink machines and other bar equipment
• Stands during the entire shift
• Frequent immersion of hands in water every five minutes
• Ability to wipe down surfaces and maintain cleanliness
• Transport items up to 25 pounds per shift
• Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Mixes ingredients to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Interacts with guests to create a friendly atmosphere
• Serves food and drinks to bar guests
• Completes opening and closing side work
• Slices fruit and vegetable garnishes for drinks
• Presents checks and handles transactions
• Processes food orders and relays to kitchen via POS
