VVF Illinois Services, LLC, located in Montgomery, IL, is hiring for a Machine Operator / Operating Technician in the Bars Soap department. The role operates packaging equipment from pellet storage through palletizing, ensuring safety, quality, and production efficiency.

You will work a union shop with three shifts and join a team committed to fair practices and opportunities for career growth. Starting pay is $23.40 per hour with shift differentials, plus benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment in the production and packaging process from soap pellet storage through palletizing finished cases.
• Maintains production records and ensures line safety and quality standards.
• Trains MOS II personnel and relieves other operators during breaks and lunches.
• Performs material handling, replenishes and cleans equipment.
• Monitors line performance and reports downtime and issues.
