Job summary

Bradford Soap Works Inc in Broadview, IL is seeking a Batch Maker/Compounder for the 2nd shift (3:00pm to 11:00pm) to prepare, mix, and process raw materials into bulk batches for liquid personal care products in accordance with batch records and GMP.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and sanitation; you will operate mixing equipment, complete documentation in real time, and coordinate with Quality Control for batch sampling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Able to read and follow written instructions in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with GMP/cGMP and batch records preferred.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage raw materials according to batch records.
• Operate blending/compounding equipment per procedures.
• Perform in-process checks and sampling.
• Complete batch records and documentation in real time.
• Follow GMP/cGMP, SOPs, and GDP.
• Coordinate with Quality Control for batch sampling.
