Qualifications

• Minimum age 21.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to obtain required work cards and Gaming Registration.
• Knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Cash handling experience.
• Understanding of alcohol classes, glassware, brand names, drink recipes and garnishments.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves drinks to Guests and beverage servers in compliance with Company and health department standards and policies.
• Process transactions using the Company's POS system and manage cash variances.
• Keep the bar stocked with proper inventory and avoid product overages or shortages.
