The role requires a Master’s degree in a related engineering field, experience in semiconductor processing, and strong analytical and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering is required.
• Experience with semiconductor wafer processing and precision manufacturing is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues affecting cleaving, bar stacking/unstacking and dicing operations.
• Resolve equipment and work order issues to minimize production downtime.
• Support daily production activities to ensure smooth manufacturing flow.
• Perform daily calibration of cleaving and dicing equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Identify equipment-related problems and implement corrective actions.
