Job summary

Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a friendly Bartender to welcome guests, set up the bar, and craft drinks to standard while taking orders and handling payment at the POS. You will upsell drinks, appetizers, and desserts and ensure timely service with food safety compliance.

Ideal candidates are team players who can stand 8–12 hours, lift up to 30 pounds, and meet the minimum age requirement.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and greeting every guest with a smile when they are seated
• Setting up the bar, including pour and glassware stations prior to opening, and limited restocking beverages
• Suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts
• Making all drinks to standard, using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
• Accurately taking food and drink orders and entering orders into the POS properly
• Checking back with guests throughout the experience to provide refills and clear items from the table
• Delivering and settling the check in a timely manner, thanking guests and inviting them to return
• Following all food safety standards
