Fairmont Orchid in Hawai'i Island is seeking a guest-focused Food & Beverage professional to join our Bar team. You will provide warm, personal service in a luxury, fast-paced setting, ensuring an exceptional first impression and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifikationen

• Provide warm, personal & detailed service in a luxury and fast-paced environment.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Ability to speak additional languages is a plus and can help with guest interactions.
• Work cohesively as part of a team and maintain high service standards.
• State and Federal Food & Beverage work requirements (TB clearance) and Blue Liquor Card certification are advantageous.

• Provide unique dining experiences to guests with warm, personal service in a luxury setting.
• Maintain positive first impressions through cleanliness, setup and ambiance control.
• Know F&B services, contents, preparation methods, outlets and hotel services.
• Assist bar operations, prepare juices, syrups and maintain bar supplies.
• Ensure age verification for alcoholic beverages and compliant service.
• Perform opening/closing duties and support other outlets during peak times.
