Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is looking for a dedicated team member to organize and stock bars with beverage products. Key responsibilities include assisting bartenders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with liquor regulations.

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Assists bartenders in the service of beverages to guests.
• Maintains service stations, cleanliness of bars and re-stocks to par.
• Puts beverage orders away in correct locations, re-stocking of pump room, soda room, and changing out kegs as needed.
• Assists guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Stocks main coolers with all beverage products.
• Shovels ice from ice machine into ice bins.
• Maintains deep cleaning of all beverage areas and equipment.
• Abides by all State, Federal, and Company liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Requires heavy lifting.
• Ensures compliance with all federal and state gaming regulations.
• Understands all PLCB regulations.
• Abides by company and department specific appearance standards.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Skills You’ll Need To Succeed
