Job summary

Aramark Corporation seeks a Bar Supervisor to lead bar/warehouse operations, oversee staff, and manage inventory and logistics for events. You will maintain records, ensure safety and sanitation, and coordinate with the Senior Catering Manager of Premium to meet daily catering needs.

The role requires strong organizational skills, communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Prior hospitality/bar supply experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or bar supply operations and inventory control.
• Ability to manage stock, paperwork, and safety compliance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic arithmetic and cost awareness for daily operations.
• Read and follow verbal instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming bar supplies and equipment.
• Prepare stock for distribution to bars and outlets.
• Record inventory levels and item locations accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines for alcohol storage.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, carts).
• Support periodic inventory audits and stock checks.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
• Set up bar fronts/backs per event requirements.
• Occasionally perform cashier duties and assist catering events.
