Job summary

JoJo’s Bar in Chagrin Falls is seeking an Hourly Manager/Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will report to the General Manager and oversee service, inventory, scheduling, and training.

You’ll use Restaurant 365, OpenTable, Micros 3700, and Microsoft Office to keep the restaurant running smoothly and to generate daily reports.

Qualifications

• Lead with Unreasonable Hospitality and deliver service beyond guest expectations.
• Adhere to restaurant policies, procedures, and training standards.
• Own the guest experience and proactively solve problems.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, payroll, and inventory with precision.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen and dining area operations and ensure cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage deliveries.
• Schedule staff to optimize labor costs and ensure each shift is adequately staffed.
• Lead staff training, hiring, and performance reviews to build an empowered team.
• Use Restaurant 365 and Micros 3700 to manage financials, reporting, and operations.
