Job summary

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, part of MGM Resorts International, is seeking an Assistant Beverage Manager for the Pool. You will lead beverage operations, manage staff, and ensure guest experiences meet our WOW standards.

This role requires supervisory experience in beverage or related F&B and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and an associate degree in F&B or culinary arts is preferred.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of prior relevant supervisory beverage or F&B experience.
• Able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Associate's degree in F&B or Culinary Arts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned operational functions within the beverage department per the strategic plan.
• Direct cost-effective operation with labor management, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Ensure guest service quality aligned with standards and brand attributes.
• Oversee shift to deliver quality service and support staff guidance.
• Coordinate requisition, stocking of beverage outlets, and revenue maximization.
• Provide recommendations to management on daily operational issues.
