Nucor Corporation is seeking a Bar Digital Solutions Manager to lead digital work for the Bar and Engineered Bar Mill Group. Based in Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC, you will own the roadmap, lead a diverse team, and ensure adoption of solutions that deliver measurable value.

The ideal candidate is a strong product/program manager with leadership experience; a tech background helps but is not required. Moderate travel to Bar divisions is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product, program or project management with increasing responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead multiple cross-functional initiatives concurrently.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear priorities and plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the team, including leads and analysts, with clear expectations.
• Provide day-to-day leadership across the portfolio, aligning priorities and delivery.
• Own roadmap and backlog priorities across initiatives, balancing value and capacity.
• Plan and manage delivery across initiatives, including scope, schedule, and risks.
• Build relationships with leadership, sales, operations, and scheduling teams.
• Translate business needs into requirements, success metrics, and priorities.
• Drive adoption via training, change management, and value measurement.
• Coordinate work with partners and system integrators; raise risks early.
