Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of bar staff to ensure excellent service and adherence to company standards.
• Develop and implement training programmes for new and existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in bartending and customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering and receiving supplies, and conduct regular audits to control costs and minimise waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws regarding alcohol service.
