Job summary

Hotelpost in den USA sucht einen engagierten Chef de Bar für den bevorstehenden Reopening im Dezember 2025. Sie gestalten die Atmosphäre und sorgen für erstklassige Cocktails und Getränke. Diese Position erfordert eine nachgewiesene Erfahrung als Bartender sowie exzellente Deutsch und gute Italienisch Kenntnisse.

As Chef de Bar, you will help shape this special place – not only operationally, but also with your attitude, style and signature touch. You are a host with presence, a team leader with expertise and a creative mind behind the bar. With a flair for atmosphere and the highest standards of quality, you will create a bar experience that will linger in the memory.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing creative cocktails and beverages
• Maintaining and organising the bar area
• Ensuring smooth operations at the bar
• Providing friendly and attentive service to our guests

Your profile:

• Proven experience as a bartender
• Excellent German skills, very good Italian skills, English an advantage
• Passion for high-quality service and hospitality
• In-depth knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation
• Excellent communication skills and service orientation
• Team spirit
• A well-groomed appearance
