Qualifications

• 5+ years of bar management or hospitality experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Availability to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train staff to deliver outstanding service to patrons.
• Create and manage employee schedules, resolve conflicts, and ensure appropriate staffing levels during peak hours.
• Enforce quality and safety controls.
• Collaborate with events team to plan and execute promotional events.
• Mediate and defuse tense situations to prevent safety or legal issues.
• Foster a culture of accountability to SOPs.
• Implement and maintain quality and safety controls.
• Analyze data to develop strategic action plans.
• Develop innovative and unique menu features.
