We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional who is looking for a long-term role where they can truly make a difference in a community-focused service environment. General Purpose
Oversees functions related to alcoholic beverage service, including recipe development, inventory management, cost control, bartender training, drink pricing, and product ordering. Serves as the primary bartender and shift lead, supporting daily restaurant operations while ensuring exceptional service to members and guests.
This hybrid role works both behind the bar and in an operational leadership capacity, assisting management with staff coordination, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. The position plays a key role in maintaining beverage quality, fostering a positive team environment, and delivering a welcoming hospitality experience for our community. While weekends are an important part of our hospitality schedule, our environment offers the benefit of no late nights, benefits, shift meals, and more. This will be the first person in this position here—come help us shape the future of our food and beverage program!
Pay:$23 - $26 per hour
Essential Duties
Education / Experience
Certificate from a college, technical school, or accredited facility; or three to six months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
