Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day bar operations during each shift and ensure HACCP compliance.

• Ensure spotless service and guest satisfaction down to the smallest detail.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and supplies; arrange repairs as needed.

• Support budgeting and cost-control efforts within the beverage operation.
