Barbuzzo - Bar Manager Position

Barbuzzo is currently accepting resumes for the position of Bar Manager.

The successful applicant will primarily serve as the Bar Manager at Barbuzzo, with some days dedicated to managing the restaurant floor. The role encompasses overseeing four concepts: Bud And Marilyn's, Little Nonnas, Barbuzzo, Barbuzzo Upstairs (private event space), and the newly opened Good Luck Pizza Co.

Responsibilities, with support from the Beverage Director:

1. Ordering, inventory management, and liquor selection
2. Curating a craft beer program and managing staff training and ordering
3. Assisting in creating cocktail programs across all concepts
4. Wine tasting with representatives and assisting in wine selection for the company
5. Floor duties; experience with OpenTable, Toast, and Dolce is a plus

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of management experience
2. Experience in bartending and cocktail creation
3. Ability to adapt and stay well-organized
4. Friendly and approachable demeanor; effective communication with staff is essential, as the Bar Manager will interact with many employees throughout the week
