Barbuzzo is currently accepting resumes for the bar manager position.

The applicant will mainly work in Barbuzzo as the bar manager with some days as the restaurant's floor manager. STH encompasses four concepts: Bud And Marilyn's, Little Nonnas, Barbuzzo, Barbuzzo Upstairs (the private event space), and the brand new Good Luck Pizza Co.

Duties of this position, all with the support of the beverage director:

1. Ordering, inventory, and selecting liquors
2. Curating a craft beer program and all staff training/ordering
3. Help create cocktail programs throughout the company
4. Tasting wine with reps and help selecting the wines for the company
5. Floor duties; experience with Open Table, Toast, and Dolce are all a plus

Requirements:

1. 2 years of management experience
2. Experience with bartending and cocktail creation
3. Be adaptable and well organized!
4. Be friendly and easy to get along with! We have many employees, and the Bar Manager will be in contact with all of them throughout the work week.
