Crab's Claw Oceanfront Caribbean Seafood Restaurant is seeking an experienced bar professional to handle high-volume service with menu knowledge. The role requires multitasking across a nine-seat bar and upper-scale clientele, with shifts available full- or part-time.

The position involves weekly inventory, liquor and beer orders, stocking, and training new staff while ensuring bar cleanliness and compliance with ALE regulations. Tips apply and dining benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume bar service.
• Strong knowledge of the menu and drinks.
• Ability to multitask during peak hours.
• Knowledge of ALE laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Inventory weekly, liquor and beer ordering.
• Stock wines and beers and restock as needed.
• Train and follow up with new employees.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar and delegate weekly cleaning duties.
• Record and organize sales logs.

• Must Be Experienced.
• $15 per hour plus service bar tips and eight seats at the bar.
• Must be able to serve the menu accurate.
• Must have Food Menu Knowledge.
• Able to Multitask.
• Nine-seat bar, high-volume service bar, high-volume dining, upper-scale menu, and Clientele.
• Need all Shifts.
• Full or part-time shifts.
• Responsible for Training and Following up with New Employees.
• Inventory Weekly, Liquor Ordering, Beer ordering.
• Responsible for Stocking of New Products and Restocking Wines and Beers.
• Organization In Inventory and Sales Logs.
• Responsible for Cleanliness of Bar and Delegation of Weekly Cleaning Duties.
• Must Have Complete Knowledge of ALL ALE Law Enforcement Compliance.
