Qualifications

• 1+ year of bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Bartender certification or alcohol service training as required by state/local law.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to hotel brand mixology standards.
• Prepare and serve a light food menu to hotel brand standards.
• Deliver friendly, attentive service at the bar and to restaurant guests.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels at the bar.
• Check IDs and follow responsible alcohol service policies.
• Accurately process guest orders and payments through POS system.
