Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Bartender in Lynchburg, TN. The role offers a pay rate of $16.23 per hour with a schedule of Thursday through Sunday, 8- to 10-hour shifts.

You will provide professional beverage service, engage guests, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced bar environment. Applicants should have high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), bartending or beverage-service experience, and the ability to process transactions using POS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Bartending or beverage-service experience preferred
• Experience processing customer transactions
• Strong knowledge of beverage-service operations
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Current TIPS Certification and SERVSafe Alcohol Permit or ability to obtain and maintain both
• Availability Thursday through Sunday
• Flexibility to work additional days or hours

Responsibilities

• Serve drinks and signature cocktails responsibly
• Follow TIPS, SERVSafe, and regulatory requirements
• Engage guests with knowledgeable service
• Operate and maintain bar equipment safely
• Process purchases using POS systems
• Keep bar area clean and guest-ready
