Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Eastvale, CA is hiring bartenders to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, take orders from guests at the bar, and create a fun, social experience with a fast-paced team. You’ll maintain a clean, stocked bar and ensure legal service by checking IDs.

You’ll help with inventory and cost control, process guest payments, and enjoy a flexible, energetic work environment. Prior bartending or restaurant experience is a plus, and we’ll train the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Take food and drink orders from Guests at the bar
• Engage with Guests and create a fun, social experience
• Recommend drinks, menu items, and promotions
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area
• Check identification to ensure Guests meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages and comply with RAS procedures as defined by federal and state laws
• Replace kegs and restock bottles of alcohol when necessary
• Monitor and manage bar inventory and cost control measures including tracking waste per company drink specs and Standard Operating Procedures
• Collect and accurately process guest payments per Company Standard Procedures
• Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customer excessive drinking by taking appropriate precautions
• Take food and beverage orders from serving staff or directly from Guests

Education/Experience

Required

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Certification to serve alcohol as dictated by the State and BWW policy

Preferred

• Prior bartending experience
• Minimum of two years of related experience or Buffalo Wild Wings experience

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Able to lift and carry items (up to 25–40 lbs)
• Comfortable moving quickly in a busy environment
