Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is hiring Bartenders (Front-of-House Team Members) to join a fast-paced, energetic team at the Savoy location. You will prepare and serve beverages, take orders, engage with guests, and promote menu items and promotions.

Maintain a clean bar, check IDs, and manage keg/restock duties while ensuring accurate guest payments. Qualifications include being 21+, alcohol-service certification, and strong multitasking/communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Certification to serve alcohol as dictated by the State and BWW policy.
• Friendly, outgoing and confident in talking with Guests.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Take food and drink orders from Guests at the bar.
• Engage with Guests and create a fun, social experience.
• Recommend drinks, menu items, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area.
• Check identification to ensure Guests meet minimum age requirements.
• Replace kegs and restock bottles of alcohol when necessary.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory and cost control measures.
• Collect and accurately process guest payments per Company Standard Procedures.
• Take food and beverage orders from serving staff or Guests.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Take food and drink orders from Guests at the bar
• Engage with Guests and create a fun, social experience
• Recommend drinks, menu items, and promotions
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area
• Check identification to ensure Guests meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages and comply with RAS procedures as defined by federal and state laws
• Replace kegs and restock bottles of alcohol when necessary
• Monitor and manage bar inventory and cost control measures including tracking waste per company drink specs and Standard Operating Procedures
• Collect and accurately process guest payments per Company Standard Procedures
• Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customer excessive drinking by taking appropriate precautions
• Take food and beverage orders from serving staff or directly from Guests

Education/Experience

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Certification to serve alcohol as dictated by the State and BWW policy

Preferred

• Prior bartending experience
• Minimum of two years of related experience or Buffalo Wild Wings experience

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Able to lift and carry items (up to 25–40 lbs)
• Comfortable moving quickly in a busy environment
