leaf HOSPITALITY is hiring a Bar Host to join our Food & Beverage team at our Hull hotel. You will deliver friendly service, prepare and serve drinks, and help create a welcoming bar atmosphere for guests.

This guest-facing role requires good communication, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a positive team spirit. Training and development opportunities plus staff discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or bar service preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and professional service to guests in the bar.
• Prepare and serve drinks in line with company standards.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Maintain knowledge of drinks menus and promotions.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally.
• Process orders and payments accurately.
• Help maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the bar.
• Support food service within the bar area where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety and company standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
