The Alamo Bar Crew are masters of mixology, delighting guests with craft cocktails, freshly poured draft beer (local and craft heavy), shakes, sodas, and other beverages ordered in the theater while prioritizing safety. They are excellent multi-taskers, capable of working in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company's core values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain the highest safety standards and follow all protocols to ensure health and safety of teams and guests.
• Prepare guest drink tickets based on operational processes, focusing on safety, quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Utilize tools such as jiggers, measurers, spoons, shakers, and others required by Alamo protocols for all preparations.
• Communicate needs, concerns, and important points with teammates and managers regularly.
• Clean, prep, organize, and maintain bar areas as needed.
• Support the delivery of food and beverage orders as required by business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in high-volume food production preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Schedule flexibility, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Active alcohol certification with the applicable state agency.
• Active food handler certification with the applicable state agency.
• Being a cinephile is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and transport kegs weighing up to 130 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to operate in a dimly lit and sometimes loud environment with caution.
