Behind the bar and in the front of house, you will prepare high-quality beverages, engage with guests, and support the overall flow of service while maintaining strong standards for accuracy, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Position Summary

As a Bar Cashier, you are responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and friendly service while preparing high-quality beverages. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a genuine approach to hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm, friendly, and genuine manner
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency when entering orders into the POS system
• Assess guest needs, make recommendations, and answer questions about beverages
• Handle payments, including cash and credit transactions
• Verify guest identification to ensure legal alcohol service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
• Assist with front of house responsibilities
• Build rapport with guests, including recognizing regulars
• Work closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service

This position includes:
